Terms of sale

1. General information

Adriaticket is a system owned by Kraljica d.o.o. intended to mediate the offer/demand of tickets.

The system is used, in the form of a virtual platform, by the Event Organizer and the final Purchaser of tickets.

To use the platform, Kraljica d.o.o. charges the Users (Organizer, Customer) for the mediation service.

By the act of including the event on the platform for the Organizer, and by delivering the tickets to the Customer, Kraljica d.o.o. performed the mediation service and charged the mediation to the Users for its execution.

The organizer is the user who entered his event into the Adriaticket system with the aim of selling tickets for it. A customer is a user who uses the Adriaticket system with the intention of purchasing tickets.

A user is any visitor to the Adriaticket system, including the Organizer and the Customer.

2. Service

Kraljica d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Adriaticket") enables, as an intermediary, sales on behalf and for the account of the Organizer, via the website www.adriaticket.ba and its related pages(hereinafter referred to as the "Adriaticket system").
The Adriaticket system is intended for:
  • Organizers of events (concerts, shows, festivals, matches, etc.), in order to enable them to connect with end customers who will purchase the right to attend the event in question through the Adriaticket system.
  • Event visitors who will exercise the right to access the event on the system, since the purchase of a ticket will represent a contractual relationship with the Event Organizer, and the ticket will represent a written confirmation of the contractual relationship, by presenting which the Organizer will allow entry to the event.

All rights and obligations listed here are considered to be accepted by the Users of the Adriaticket system and thereby accept their responsibilities under this electronic contract.

3. Use of user profile

The organizer must be registered to use the system, and is responsible for entering correct information about the event.

The organizer enters new events through the user profile and has access to all reports in real time. He uses the available reports for his needs or the needs of reporting to legal services. Adriaticket guarantees the Organizer the accuracy of the data available in the reports.

The customer may or may not be registered to use the system. If he is not registered, he cannot use the user profile, but he receives tickets by email. Adriaticket can present proof of email delivery from its user interface and the unregistered Customer accepts it as a confirmation of delivery.

A customer who registers can use a user profile that allows easy access to their orders.

By the act of registration or the actual purchase of tickets on the Adriaticket system, it is considered that the User has fully read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale and General Terms of Use.

4. Changes to Terms

Adriaticket reserves the right to cancel or change the Terms of Sale stated here at any time, without prior notice. We advise Users to periodically re-read the information contained in the Terms of Sale in order to be informed of changes. By continuing to use the Adriaticket system after the changes, the User is considered to have read, understood and accepted the new Terms.

5. Mediation

Adriaticket is not the owner or possessor of the ticket, i.e. the right to enter, which it offers through its pages. Adriaticket therefore cannot be held responsible for any problem that may arise from the use of the ticket, i.e. from consuming the right to enter the event or the event itself.

Adriaticket only mediates the sale of tickets or other products between the Organizer and the Customer of the event. The ticket purchased through the Adriaticket system is issued in the name of the Customer, is the property of the Organizer and is proof of the purchase of the featured product.

The Adriaticket system is an electronic platform that allows the Organizer to offer products (events)and issue tickets for attending the mentioned events.

The conditions listed with the description of the event on the Adriaticket System represent the Organizer's offer for concluding a contract, which the Customer accepts by purchasing the service through the Adriaticket System, and for which offer Adriaticket is not responsible because all conditions are determined exclusively by the Organizer.

The customer accepts the Organizer's offer through the Adriaticket System and enters into a legal transaction with the Organizer, while at the same time concluding a legal transaction with Adriaticket as a service provider using the Adriaticket System for the express business of ticket generation and delivery.

For the ticket generation and delivery service, Adriaticket charges a non-refundable fee because the work for which Adriaticket was supposed to do according to the contract with the Customer has been completed. The fee is an intermediary commission for the delivered service, for which Adriaticket issues an invoice and sends it to the e-mail address specified when opening a user account or making a purchase without registration.

6. Billing

The payment is processed by the WSPay system, which has a contractual relationship with Adriaticket. Adriaticket enables payment via bank cards when shopping online or with cash at points of sale. Cards with payment options are Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. The cards on offer are subject to change depending on market conditions.

7. Delivery of tickets

After a successful purchase, the tickets will be available in digital form in the user profile at or sent to the e-mail address for non-registered Customers.

8. Keeping tickets

Adriaticket is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed or copied tickets. The customer is obliged to keep the tickets, their serial numbers and barcodes and may not share them with third parties under any circumstances. When checking the tickets, the organizer has no way of knowing whether the tickets have been stolen, and the person who presents them first for checking is let into the event. The organizer can verify the validity of the tickets in different ways, including verification of the personal document, visual verification of the printed ticket, verification of the ticket on the screen of an electronic device or verification of the ticket code (barcode, QR code). The Organizer has the right to choose the method of checking the correctness of the ticket, because the control of the entrance is within the competence of the Organizer.

Copying or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

9. Refunds and complaints

Adriaticket is not responsible for refunds because it does not organize events and is therefore not obliged to inform the Customer about changes to the event. Adriaticket will cooperate with the Organizer to provide the Customer with a refund in the event of a delay, cancellation or major change in the program. Refunds are possible only in cases of event cancellation, schedule change or significant changes in the program. Refunds are not possible due to personal reasons of the Buyer.

The customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, considering that the subject of the contract is the provision of services related to free time at a precisely specified time or period (Article 86, Item 12, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection).

In case of a refund for tickets, the accompanying costs are not subject to refund. The fee for issuing a ticket is non-refundable, even in the event of event cancellation, since the same is charged for mediation services during the generation and delivery of the ticket, which has been completed in full.

Refunds for the ticket value are made by refunding the payment card in the case of online purchases or at the point of sale where the purchase was made.

The customer must inform Adriaticket about the problems he was faced with when consuming the event within two (2) days from the scheduled start of the event. If he does not notify Adriaticket within that period, it is considered that he has used the right to consume the event and that the contract between the Organizer and the Customer has been executed.
