The Adriaticket ticket distribution system is owned by KRALJICA d.o.o.
Personal data requested when purchasing tickets is processed by KRALJICA d.o.o. at Hasana Merdžanovića 3, 71320 Vogošća.
Data is stored in a database and used only for purposes necessary to conduct the business, within the applicable personal data protection regulations (including the GDPR).
Privacy policy
The customer's personal data (first and last name, address, contact phone, e-mail address) is used solely for conducting the core business.
We will grant access to your data to Adriaticket partners who organise and/or manage sales for the event whose tickets you are buying, or who process card payments.
We will allow you to review and correct your data upon request.
Upon your request we will delete all personal data we have stored, unless retaining it is required by law (invoices, names on tickets for sporting events, etc.).
We are not liable for accidental errors or errors caused by force majeure or other objective reasons that unintentionally breach the guaranteed protection of your data.
Consent
By registering on our website or at points of sale, you confirm that you are over 16 years of age, legally capable and authorised to dispose of the data provided.
You provide personal data independently and voluntarily to KRALJICA d.o.o. and fully consent to its use and collection in accordance with the law and the terms of our Privacy Policy.
You agree that we store the data in our database and share it with the event organiser and the card payment provider.
Transfer of personal data to government institutions will be limited to the binding legal regulations of the state.
Under 16
For a person under 16 to register via the registration form, parental or guardian consent is required before submitting personal data.
Please review the Privacy Policy together with your parent or guardian to make sure you understand and accept it.

First and last name.
Address (city, postal code, country).
Phone number.
E-mail address.
What your personal data is used for
The data is used to:
set up your profile;
contact you regarding ticket purchase and delivery;
record purchase data, invoice amount and payment method;
communicate with you.
During payment we forward your data to our payment-system partners.
We share your data with the event organiser or the entry-control provider so your entry can be ensured.
Legal requirements for ticket purchase
Certain events are legally required to collect data.
In accordance with regulations on preventing disorder at sporting events, we are obliged to request your personal data, which we then share with the event organiser.
Consequently, for sporting events regulated by those rules, your consent for the use of personal data will not be requested.
