Personal data requested when buying tickets are managed in the company KRALJICA d.o.o., Hasana Merdžanovića 3, 71320 Vogošća. The data are stored in a database and are used only for the purposes necessary to perform the activity, and within the required regulations (EU Directive 95/46 / EC, 2002/58 / EC and Treaty Conventions ETS 108, ETS 181, ETS 185, ETS 189; Personal Data Protection Act, Electronic Commerce Act, etc.

Personal data of the customer (name and surname, address, contact telephone, e - mail address) are used exclusively for the purpose of performing the parent activity. We will provide access to your data to Adriaticket partners, who organize and / or manage sales for the event whose tickets you are buying or manage your payment via card systems.
We will provide insight into your data and their correction at your request.
At your request, we will delete all your personal data that we have stored if the possession of the same is not regulated by law (invoices, name and surname on tickets to sporting events, etc.).
We are not responsible for accidental error or error caused by force majeure or other objective reasons that cause unintentional breach of the guaranteed protection of your data.
